Takeo Kikuchi

Graduated from Osaka Prefecture University in 2009 and joined Career Design Center Co.,Ltd. Experienced Corporate Sales, Sales Planning, Product Management, Marketing and becoming Editor in Chief. Joined Goalist in 2017 as the Editor in Chief of HRog, and became a director in 2019. CEO of HRog Co.,Ltd since 2021.

Takeshi Ootsuka

Director (CEO of HumAIn Co.,Ltd.)

Experienced multiple roles in the IT industry since 2002, from Team Leader to consultant. Founded his own business in 2012 that aided SMEs in managing the installation of scratch and package systems. Joined Goalist in 2017, as a product manager and headed the Solutions Department. Director of HRog Co.,Ltd. in 2021. CEO of HumAIn Co.,Ltd. since 2022. In 2023, appointed as Director of Goalist.

Asumi Shimizu

Director, Corporate Development Department Head

Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University and worked at Works Applications Co.,Ltd before joining Goalist in 2016. Experienced both back office as well as design work and used to be in charge as the Design Department Head in 2020 and has become the Corporate Development Department Head since 2022, and in 2023, appointed as Director.

Yoichi Takanashi

Executive, Global HR Department Head

Joined Recruit Career Co.,Ltd. in 2003, after graduating from Japan University. Worked in corporate sales, sales planning, and overseas business ventures. Became MD of Reeracoen Singapore Pte. Ltd. in 2015. Joined Goalist as an executive officer in 2020.

Ami Okada

HRA(Human Resource Activation) Manager

Graduated from Yamaguchi University in 2017 and joined Goalist. Worked in sales for the HRog series, and in 2019 became responsible for launching the new Global HR business. In charge of publicity and recruiting since 2020, and a manager of HRA for HR across the Goalist group since 2022. Appointed as Executive officer and General Manager of HRA since 2024.

Yumiko Iio

Marketing, UX Design Head

Joined Goalist as one of the first new graduate members after graduating from Waseda University Faculty of Arts in 2016. Has experience in designing and developing both in-house and client projects in the technology strategy department. Engaged in promoting UX design after joining the design department in 2019. In 2022, appointed as an executive officer in charge of marketing and managing of UX design, and in 2023, appointed as Director of HRog Co.,Ltd.

Kako Sakano

Big Data Department Head

After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University in 2020, joined Goalist.
As a sales representative for the HRog series, supporting more than 100 companies including major human resource service companies. In 2023, appointed as Executive Officer of HRog and oversees the sales team.In 2024 appointed as director of the Big Data Department.

Vivek Amilkanthawar

Full-stack・AI Engineer (CTO of HumAIn Co.,Ltd.)

Joined NTT DATA Corporation after graduating from the University of Pune in India. Came to Japan in 2018 and worked as a full-stack / AI engineer after joining Goalist. CTO of HRog Co.,Ltd. in 2021 as well as CTO of HumAIn Co.,Ltd. since 2022.

Nguyen Dinh Phuong Trinh

Engineer (CTO of Goalist Vietnam LLC)

Originated from Vietnam. After graduating from the University of Information Technology, joined Citynow Inc. and worked as a project manager, then joined Goalist in 2020 and continued as an engineer. 2023, became the CTO of Goalist Vietnam LLC.
