Ryo Kato

Managing Director

Joined Saint-Media after dropping out of Kansai University. Worked with new ventures at Saint Media until taking up a position as CEO of a subsidiary catering to the recruitment industry. Then, started several projects in the IT / Web space, including management consulting for IT startups, until 2010. Founded Goalist in 2011.

Takeo Kikuchi

Director

Graduated from Osaka Prefecture University in 2009 and joined Career Design Center Co.,Ltd. Experienced Corporate Sales, Sales Planning, Product Management, Marketing and becoming Editor in Chief. Joined Goalist in 2017 as the Editor in Chief of HRog, and became a director in 2019. CEO of HRog Co.,Ltd since 2021.

Asumi Shimizu

Director / Corporate Development Department Head

Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University and worked at Works Applications Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University and worked at Works Applications Co.,Ltd before joining Goalist in 2016. Experienced both back office as well as design work and used to be in charge as the Design Department Head in 2020 and has become the Corporate Development Department Head since 2022, and in 2023, appointed as Director.

Yoichi Takanashi

Executive, Global HR Department Head

Joined Recruit Career Co.,Ltd. in 2003, after graduating from Japan University. Worked in corporate sales, sales planning, and overseas business ventures. Became MD of Reeracoen Singapore Pte. Ltd. in 2015. Joined Goalist as an executive officer in 2020.

Yumiko Iio

Director of HRog Co.,Ltd.

Joined Goalist as one of the first new graduate members after graduating from Waseda University Faculty of Arts in 2016. Has experience in designing and developing both in-house and client projects in the technology strategy department. Engaged in promoting UX design after joining the design department in 2019. In 2022, appointed as an executive officer in charge of marketing and managing of UX design, and in 2023, appointed as Director of HRog Co.,Ltd.

Kako Sakano

Managing Director of HRog Co.,Ltd.

After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University in 2020, joined Goalist.As a sales representative for the HRog series, supporting more than 100 companies including major human resource service companies. In 2023, appointed as Executive Officer of HRog and oversees the sales team.In 2024 appointed as director of the Big Data Department.

Jun Mizuno

After graduating from Toyo University in 2015, he gained experience in sales and management across fields such as web production, recruitment advertising, and CRM/SFA solutions. He joined HRog Co.,Ltd. in April 2022, where as Head of Sales he led cross-functional initiatives including new business development, customer success, and sales planning. He has been in his current position since April 2025.
